Minimum Orders

What is the minimum order amount to open an account?

For first time customers, the opening pre-order minimum is $1,000. 

Re-orders from returning customers begin at $250. 


How does this process work?

All of our goods are made to order for our customers.

From the beginning of the year until February 15th, we accept pre-orders to ensure goods are made and delivered in a timely manner. Missed the preorder deadline? No problem! We order overage on our most popular items so that our customers can order from us year round.


How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the items that you are interested in to your cart and submit the order.

A member from our team will be in touch shortly after with your sales order for review. Once you confirm the order, we will verify your billing information and charge you for the goods upon shipping.

Can I shop in person?

You can place an order in person at our Dallas showroom during market, or by appointment only.

Is the price I see the price I will pay for an item?

All items are shown at the list price.

Discounts are given based on the total dollar volume spent with Farrisilk. If you are a returning customer, your volume discount will be based on your previous year's amount spent with us. If you are a new customer, the discount will be granted based on the total dollar amount of your first order.

For orders over $2,000, customers will receive a 5% discount. For orders over $7,500 customers will receive a 10% discount. Orders over $50,000 qualify for a 15% discount.


When will my goods be shipped?

For in-stock items, goods are shipped upon payment.

For pre-ordered items placed by the end of February, goods are shipped out July - September.
